QA Analyst

• Execute integration, performance, regression, and/or acceptance testing.
• Perform risk assessments, determines testing plans, analyze test results, and retests software corrections to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to maintain quality standards.
• Develops and supports the test automation environment for executing software quality tests.
• Work closely with information technology teams in the planning, design, maintenance, implementation, and accessibility of physical and virtual automation frameworks or infrastructure for testing activities.
• Career-level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
• Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommends new procedures.

• Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) scenarios written in feature file format
• Experience & understanding of different types of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT)
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Basic knowledge of Mongo and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Effective communication of status and progress
• Solid knowledge of Mongo and scripting
• Understanding of microservice architecture
• Recent experience within the financial industry
