From within the Global Quality organization, you as a dynamic Project Manager, will contribute to a globally located team in a complex matrix organization. This role is tasked with the project management responsibilities for a Training and Quality Management System Learning transformation within the Patient Safety Acceleration Program.

You are responsible for
  • Development of a project plan that clearly defines all aspects of project management, following the Philips Standard Implementation Methodology (SIM). (Examples include: governance, scope, communications, resources, risks, dependencies, timeline, change management)
  • Establishing and managing multiple deliverables at one time, including communicating transparently with stakeholders, and utilizing key project management tools
  • Lead and/or contribute to various project status and reporting meetings with project stakeholders and Executive sponsors.
  • Partner with Program Directors and peer Project Managers to successfully deliver the overall planning, management, and execution (from initiation through close) of a quality management program.
  • Coordination and alignment of resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Support Global Business Process Owners (GBPO), BPOs, Business Process Experts (BPE), Subject Matter Experts (SME) and various Product Owners (PO) across Philips, to secure planning and orderly execution of the deliverables of the project.
  • Lead workshops and meetings as a business partner and liaison to the Training organizations and the Philips Quality Management Systems (PQMS) community
  • Continuously secure alignment of requirements and timely delivery of services.
  • Plan all aspects of the project, which can range widely from business to QMS specific activity
  • Respond to issues and make decisions on business requests that have broader department or organizational impact and/or risk.
  • Responsible for meeting compliance requirements of external governing authorities, internal Philips Quality Management Systems (PQMS), Philips Business System (PBS), Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), Philips Standard Implementation Methodology (SIM)

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • 3+ years of working experience managing projects independently
  • 3+ years of running projects within global environments and regulated industries
  • Strong ability to manage projects remotely, with teams located in various sites and countries
  • Ability to hold fluent business and technical level conversations with both Quality and non-Quality team members of all skill levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with adaptability and capacity to learn quickly in complex new environment
  • Proven working knowledge of delivering Quality, Legal and/or Regulatory related projects
  • Familiarity with QMS regulations, Good Documentation Practices, Medical Device Manufacturing is ideal
  • Formal project management qualification (PMP or similar) is ideal
