Club Realty is gearing up for the spring market and seeking a full time or part time agent to join our team. The customer demand has been very strong and we have many listings to rent and need your help. We even offer pre-screened leads and appointments for newer agents to help get you started and earning ASAP.

We provide full training via zoom and in person and you will learn a ton about the real estate world.

Ideal candidates have a reliable car and live within a 30 minute commute of downtown or surrounding greater Boston.

A Massachusetts real estate salespersons license is required for this position. We will assist in licensing and can provide reimbursement for the cost for the right candidate.

Unique opportunities:

Flexible hours. We will hire part time agents who have a flexible schedule and we can assign showings to you based on your schedule. Just show the place and we will do the marketing for you!

Full time agents can earn higher commission splits and work with their own leads

Passive income opportunities can be earned by adding to our database
