Real Estate Service - Serviceman

We are a Real estate company looking for a Handyman to join our team. We are looking for a Self-motivated, dependable and honest person with property maintenance skills that can work both independently and as part of our team.

Responsibilities: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

-Taking work orders from management, setting up work with tenant, completing working with pictures.

-Readying apartments during turnovers, including painting, cleaning and repair

-Drywalling/ light plumbing repair/ light electrical repair, light carpentry, general maintenance

-Snow plowing, blowing and shoveling

-Identify and report the need for major repairs

-Perform routine landscaping on the grounds

-Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)

-On Call Hours Weekends ( Will give details )

Qualifications:

Proven experience as handyman and Real Estate services ( Will test)

Experience with hardware tools

Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems ( Will test)

Good communication skills

Well-organized

Pays attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent

Must:

Live, or within a 20 minute drive of Leominster

Be honest and trust worthy

Have general knowledge of use of power and hand tools

Be able to lift 50 lbs regularly

Be able to climb ladders

Be available for snow removal as necessary after hours and weekends

Be willing to submit to a drug & background check
