Remote Senior Software Engineer, DevSecOps Job Description:One of the largest healthcare providers in the country, providing basic treatment, prescriptions, and vaccinations for millions of people is looking to hire several Senior Software Developers. They've accumulated a massive amount of valuable data and are now building software to turn that into tangible improvements to patients' healthcare. Several development teams are looking for Senior Software Engineering Coaches to be responsible for delivering meaningful and long-lasting change to the way the development teams operate. They are looking for strong mid-level engineers to aid development teams that are deploying to various cloud service providers. You would own the delivery and functionality, while leading by example training existing team members to own the delivery long term.The ideal candidate will have a development background with Java or .NET and will be expected to spend 90% of their time with hands on development. Additionally, experience with BDD and acting as a change agent and coach will be required.This is initially a 3-month W-2 contract with benefits, with the option to extend or convert to perm. You could work 100% remotely from anywhere in the US.Required Skills & Experience - 5-7+ years of software development with .NET or Java
- Extensive experience implementing BDD (Behavior Driven Development
- Knowledge of implementing Gherkin syntax for acceptance criteria
- Strong experience implementing Automated Test Scripts using BDD Tools such as Cucumber or Specflow
