Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator located in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. The selected candidate will provide operational support in the Commercial Lending areas, including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial, Asset Based Lending, and Small Business. This role involves maintaining customer service standards and managing loan documentation with a high level of accuracy.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan payments, advances, and daily settlement of department transactions processed in the DNA Loan system. Handle incoming loan documentation, including the creation of new loan note files and indexing of documentation for existing loans and processes. Monitor and work daily exception reports, such as unapplied transactions, autopayment rejects, and tickler reports. Input borrowing base information for asset-based loans for proper calculation of availability and manage any changes or updates. Communicate directly with customers, both orally and in writing, in responding to customer needs and inquiries, and resolve issues within authority level. Prepare and distribute various daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio reports. Satisfy incoming service requests and perform file maintenance for audit summaries, risk rating changes, officer code changes, and address changes. Assist in the management of the Bank’s participation portfolio, including funding, tracking of payments received, sending remittances, and responding to questions of partner banks. Input daily and weekly indices into DNA for variable rate loan changes. Prepare and provide payoff quotes as requested. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial loan servicing or a related field Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System and Calyx Point Familiarity with CRM systems Solid skills in Data Processing and Computer Data Entry Experience in using LaserPro and About Time software Knowledge of Closing Processes within the commercial loan sector Understanding of Compliance regulations related to commercial loans Ability to analyze Credit information and make informed decisions Strong Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on relationship building and management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Experience in Data Entry, with a focus on numerical data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High level of integrity and professionalism.
