Retail Store Associate

Description Responsibilities: Assisting customers during peak store hours, ensuring they are connected to a sales consultant promptly and are well informed about our products and services. Constantly monitoring the store environment to ensure it's clean, accessible, and functioning optimally, and reporting any issues to the leadership team. Maintaining a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly our products and services, and serving as a resource for the store team. Regularly inspecting the store's inventory and stock placement, and assisting with inventory receipt and proper stocking according to store standards. Conducting the weekly cycle count process and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer and/or store experience. Adapting readily to store management priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times. Assisting the store team to strive for continuous improvement in all areas. Ensuring regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary. Carrying and lifting boxes up to 25 pounds, and moving constantly around the store. Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Sales Proficient in Retail and Warehouse Management Prior store experience is highly desirable Proven ability in Procedures and Workstation Support Strong Leadership Skills and ability to work in a team Experience in Check Processing and Cycle Count Familiarity with software such as Go and ProFile Ability to work Overtime when required Punctuality and consistent Attendance are essential Knowledge of Conductivity principles and QA Management Comfortable working in environments with Walkways Must be able to work on contract basis Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
