Retail Support Staff Coin & Jewelry Shop

We are seeking a customer service representative as support staff for our West Bridgewater location, West Bridgewater Coin & Jewelry Buyers, LLC. The shop hours are 10-5 Monday through Saturday. Ideally, we seek someone looking for 20-25 hours/week from approximately 10-5 and we are able to offer some flexibility in scheduling. Candidates will need to possess excellent skills in customer service, including a patient and positive attitude, honesty, and the ability to make customers feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable. Duties include greeting customers, getting customers set up, sorting through jewelry and coins (we will train in these areas), inputting the buys and sales into the POS computer system, and processing buys from previous days. Of utmost importance to us is finding a candidate who is honest, friendly, and able to work as a team.
