Description We are offering an opportunity for a Revenue Administrator role based in Woburn, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will be working in the telecom industry, handling key finance support services. This role involves maintaining customer purchase orders and ensuring the smooth running of revenue projects. This role is a contract opportunity.Responsibilities: Implement improvements to current processes to maximize efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service and partnership to the Operations and Accounting departments and to external customers. Create timely and accurate accounts receivable transactions, credits, projects, and budgets. Ensure the timely and accurate receipt and processing of customer purchase orders. Ensure all monthly billings are accurate and completed on time. Generate and analyze reports for invoicing, project setups, and purchase orders. Drive continuous improvements of processes and performance while managing efforts to capture accurate data. Partner cross-functionally to communicate best practices, develop and maintain consistent standards, and enforce policies related to key inputs and outputs of the revenue administration process. Lead through influence and be a proactive partner with a strong customer-service orientation. Manage tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service and Office Functions Proven ability in Operations and Planning Familiarity with Policy development and implementation Experience with Invoice management and Budget Processes Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Project Management Proficiency in 'About Time' software usage Strong background in Finance and Workstation Support Experience with Reconciliations and Billing Understanding of Revenue Accounting principles Willingness to Travel as required Excellent Communication Skills Experience with Purchase Orders and Receipt management Familiarity with Oracle software Knowledge of Best Practices in accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Understanding of Principles related to accounting Experience with Disability Claims management.
