RF Engineer (RADAR- Digital Signal Processing)

A services company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new RF Engineer for a great opportunity with their growing staff.

• Lead the development of RF algorithm designs, specifications, roadmaps, project plans, status updates, and other necessary materials and documentation
• Develop, analyze, optimize, and productize RF waveforms and signal processing algorithms for the company's RF-based electronic devices and related accessories
• Actively promote and support the company's adoption of SCRUM across all product management and engineering activities, and the consistent application of engineering best practices
• Perform other duties, as needed

• Background in Software Development
• Experience developing, analyzing, and optimizing waveforms and digital signal processing algorithms focused on RF/radar systems
• Comfortable across the entire Engineering lifecycle from system design to algorithm development to system testing and optimization, leading to a successful product launch
• Experience with advanced detection algorithms, angle of arrival estimation, and high-range resolution (HRR) techniques
• Proficient with Matlab, Python and/or C/C to analyze radar point cloud database
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Experience with architecting, developing, and optimizing FPGA code for RF transmit and receive signal processing chains
• Experience with bringing up and testing sophisticated electronic boards, including the use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, horns, and probes
