Beverly Hospital is a full service, community hospital providing leading-edge, patient-centered care to North Shore and Cape Ann residents.Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patientSupport and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomesThe orientation period is specific to the orientee and the unit in which you are working. The average medical surgical orientation is approximately a 12- week residency program. Preceptors will be assigned to you for the duration of your orientation. The clinical educator who supports your unit will remain with you through your orientation period and beyond.J2 is a 30-bed adult surgical unit affiliated with New England Baptist. We care for patients ranging from 18 years of age to geriatrics.​​The majority of admissions to J2 are from the postoperative anesthesia care unit (PACU), followed by admissions from the emergency department who have an orthopedic, surgical or gastrointestinal diagnosis.Qualifications:BSN preferredMA RN required American Heart Association – Basic Life Support Certificate-required​As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
