Sales Associate Hiring in Ashland, MA

The Role:

We’re hiring an experienced, high-performing Sales Associate to qualify, advance, and close B2B deals, while expanding key accounts across MetroWest/Greater Boston.

Real Print USA specializes in vehicle wraps, large-format printing, signage, and brand visuals for growing businesses in Massachusetts.

What You’ll Do:

Own late-stage pipeline: proposals, negotiation, and closing to hit/exceed monthly revenue goals

Run discovery to confirm scope, budget, decision process, and timeline

Prepare quotes and coordinate proofs with design; guide clients to fast approval

Partner with production to ensure accurate job specs and on-time delivery

Maintain disciplined follow-up in CRM and report win rates and cycle times weekly

Requirements (Must-Have):

3+ years of professional sales experience in the United States

Documented high performance (e.g., consistent quota attainment, awards, top-tier rankings)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business communication

Nice to Have:

Experience in printing, signage, vehicle wraps, or related marketing services

Familiarity with Greater Boston/MetroWest business market

Portuguese & Spanish a plus

Compensation & Schedule:

Competitive base + performance commission, full-time. Growth path based on results.
