Sales Engineer-Eastern Massachusetts

Hathaway Electronics is a well-established, custom electromechanical component solutions Manufacturers Representative in the New England States for over 70 years. As a Sales Engineer, the candidate will grow existing accounts, develop new accounts, identify opportunities and follow up on potential leads provided by the representative's principals and inside sales research.

Requires demonstrated ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in a technical environment. Have a demonstrated ability to build relationships on all levels of customer organizations. Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and situations.

Experience with OEM accounts in the area an advantage.
