Sales/Application Engineer

Description Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking to drive sales and build strong customer relationships?As a Sales/Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales team by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. You will work closely with Regional Managers and Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our pyrometer technology and its applications across various industries.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems and application issues for our customers.

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Application Development: Contribute to the development of new applications through data collection and field testing.

Field Services: Manage and complete field calibration services to meet customer needs and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a technical environment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
