Salesforce Business Analyst - Boston, MA - 135K - HIRING NOW!Are you looking to be a part of a brand new Salesforce implementation? Our financial services client is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst to help with the transition into their new Salesforce platform. This is a great experience to be hands on in a new implementation and be a part from the ground up. This client is located in Boston, MA and looking for someone comfortable coming onsite 2X a week. Job Duties:- Work directly with the implementation partner on the migration from current CRM to Salesforce
- Configure and recommend Salesforce tools such as action plans
- Clarify stakeholder requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing
- Create documentation and lead user training sessions
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the platform capabilities by researching, understanding the implications of changes identified, data opportunities, additional system integrations and implementing enhancements
Requirements:- 3+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of Experience working with Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Finanical Services Industry Experience
- Salesforce Certified (+)
