Job Description:-Hybris Principal Analyst serves as a key facilitator within the organization and customers by liaising between the business and technical teams. The Principal Analyst is a critical part of the identification and definition of business requirements and drives for business problem solutions. Primary responsibilities of this role are elicitation, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases and ensuring these elements tie directly back to business objectives.

Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Marketing, Customer operations, and Development teams to ensure that eCommerce solutions support business strategy and integrate with Analog website.Analyze new business processes and changes to existing functionalities, translate user requirements into functional and technical design specificationsIdentify opportunities for Optimization and improvements, develop business cases, and manage aspects of projects from concept through to implementation.Provide SAP Hybris business solution domain expertise to business teams, guiding them to the best practices for their needsOwn and deliver the implementation of eCommerce projects for effectiveness, by analyzing data from Customer activities, clickstream data, and analyticsExpand and maintain update-to-date functional knowledge relating to SAP functionality and associated business processesLead dynamic & interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterpriseParticipate in design discussions of issues, enhancements, and projects, providing expertise of the hybris eCommerce platformExperience communicating complex eCommerce constraints and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issuesEffectively work with business and IT team to prioritize and plan implementation of changesCollaborate with project manager to develop project delivery plan, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks.Has good experience in integrating multiple payment solutions (Paypal/Credit cards) into eCommerce platform

Position Requirements/QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent in Computer Science/Electronics/IT Minimum 8 years of experience in the eCommerce domain gathering requirements, business engagement and solution delivery5+ years experience in SAP Hybris and/or SAP Commerce Cloud Experience in Catalog Management, Product Merchandising, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Returns ManagementExperience with Product Information Management (PIM), Content Management (CMS), and Order Management (OM) integrationsStrong understanding of overall architecture, Cockpits, ImpexStrong design and integration skills in SAP Hybris, with multi suite implementationsExperience working with acceleratorsUnderstanding of integration and relationships between SAP modules, as they relate to SD, MM and FICO
