Beacon ABA Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator, preferably bilingual, who will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries through the referral and scheduling phone lines, completing new client registration, obtaining relevant billing and demographic information, answering client questions, and providing assistance to families and staff regarding scheduling concerns. This Scheduling Coordinator, in conjunction with other members of the Operations Team, will also be responsible for processing, logging, and tracking all incoming Beacon ABA client referrals and maintaining the client waitlist. They will work with clinical staff to schedule all appointments for Beacon ABA clients as well as maintain staff and clients daily schedules through rescheduling of cancellations.This is a full-time, office position. Full training provided!The ideal candidate will have:Strong interpersonal skillsThe ability to work with and communicate professionally across multidisciplinary teams verbally, via email, and text.Solution-oriented problem-solving skillsThe ability to take initiative and present solutions when identifying challenges.At minimum a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
