Screen Printing shop position- Shirt Catcher

Now accepting applications and interviewing candidates for-

Shirt Catcher Position

-Reports to Press Operators and Production Manager

-Main task are-

catching and neatly stacking shirts as they come down the dryer belt

Having a keen eye inspecting prints for smudges, fingerprints, or other print defects

Completed garments to be folded into dozen bundles and boxed up

verify counts, label and weighing completed boxes for shipping

-MUST have eye for detail and be paying attention (watching and listening) to what is coming off the presses

-Eyes AND ears need to be alert at all times

Work Day 8-4 M-F

Pay Rate $16-18 per hour

ANY and ALL Candidates MUST-

-DRUG FREE

-be able to lift boxes up to 50lbs

-be on their feet an entire shift (all day)

-be CLEAN and ORGANIZED around the shop

-have POSITIVE attitude and work well with others

-have excellent communication skills

-basic computer/internet skills

-excellent arithmetic

-withstand hot interior temperatures as weather fluctuates during the summer months (those are over now)

-have an excellent eye for detail (did we say that already?)

-own reliable transportation

-QUALITY OVER QUANTITY MINDSET

-TEAM PLAYER willing to stay until a job is done, willing to take breaks as a team
