A retail services company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Scrum Master for a promising opportunity with their growing staff. This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.
Responsibilities: The Scrum Master will be responsible for for ERP implementation, including managing release cycle sprints, supporting the Scrum teams involved in the program and reporting in total to the Executive Leadership. Qualifications:- 10+ years of Scrum experience
- Associate's and/or bachelor's degree
- Experience with Enterprise implementation Projects
- Experienced in emerging Agile environment
- Experience managing Vendor relationships (IE- Accenture, Deloitte etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Oracle experience
