• Helps in safeguarding the execution of Scrum in an organization, both at process-level and by coaching individuals on what does it mean to act in an “Agile” way,
• Supports the delivery of work products by working as a person responsible of removing macro-level obstacles as well individual impediments from the team’s way,
• Empowers the participation of every member in team activities and their engagement in cooperative coordination,
• Helps the team members to have a better understanding and coordination among themselves, which brings effective changes with results,
• Acts as a change agent what results in teams’ and organizations’ constant growth,
• Can act as a single point of contact whenever the communication with the whole team is inefficient.
