For the Christmas Market in Boston, Chocoidea is looking for a passionate and extroverted Sales Representative to join the team.

You will be responsible for welcoming and engaging customers at the stand, promoting products, driving sales, ensuring the stand and product displays are always at their best, and creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiastic appreciation for chocolate are a must.

Days of the week and hours (part-time — weekend only, final schedule to be confirmed during the interview)

Friday – Saturday: 3 pm – 8 pm

Sunday: 11 am – 8 pm

From December 8th, 2025:

Friday – Saturday: 11 am – 9 pm

Sunday: 11 am – 8 pm

Requirements:

Self-motivated, independent, and proactive

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong verbal communication skills in English (required) and Italian (preferred)

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales

Food Safety Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the shop (including evening cashing up)

Providing customers with informed, polite, friendly, and high-quality service

Managing POS processes, wrapping and/or boxing chocolate items for customers

Ensuring the stand and chocolate displays are always in top condition and well stocked

Maintaining accurate communication with fellow staff members

20$/Hour

Payment: on the last day of the Christmas Market
