Senior Firmware Engineer

Senior Firmware Engineer Location: Andover, MA 100% Onsite, Relocation accepted from Day 1 Duration: 12 Months Job Description: What will you do?

• Architect of embedded control strategy, formulate specifications and implement control firmware for PFC, Chargers, DC/DC and inverter etc.
• Use device driver development for CAN, I2C, SPI etc., board bring-up required.
• Prove design concepts through a combination of computer simulation and physical laboratory implementation/testing

• 5+ years proven experience developing Power Electronics products Knowledge and Skills (PFC, Chargers, DC/DC and inverter etc.)
• BA Degree or Masters in a related field
• Programming experience in Assembly/C/C for 32bit controllers/DSP's
• Programming experience in RTOS environments like UC OS-II, Linux, or other platforms (Preferable)
• Experience in developing control systems for Power inverters/Converters.
• Proficient in understanding the schematics and debugging hardware issues
• Experience in industrial field bus communication protocols like MODBUS / CAN and protocols like USB, TCP/IP and embedded webservers.
