Design and carry out effective strategies to streamline supply chain operations and boost overall efficiency.

Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure flawless execution of supply chain activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine demand forecasts and develop inventory management strategies.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

Oversee the implementation of quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Drive cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiation and supplier management.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and effective strategies to successfully implement innovative supply chain solutions.

Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning within the supply chain team.

Keys to Success:Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, business administration, or a related field.

Experience

Demonstrated expertise of at least 8 years in supply chain management, emphasizing process improvement and effective decision-making.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams that consistently achieve exceptional results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Strict adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Electronics manufacturing setting with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements including but not limited to: safety glasses protection and closed toed footwear.

Prolonged periods of sitting required.
