Job Title: Senior .Net Developer

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension) We are seeking a .NET developer responsible for building and maintaining multi-tier .NET applications using C# & VB.NET, and interfacing with oracle using pl/sql queries, shared services, and webAPIs, O365, and Sharepoint. A working knowledge of PL/SQL queries and an ability to implement middle tier and front- end UIs is a must. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain these layers of our enterprise application, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the software solution. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and an attention to detail are essential.

This contract may have the opportunity to renew starting next fiscal year, July 1, 2022

Responsibilities/Experience/Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work on all aspects of software development life cycle following agile methodologies.
  • Work with business analyst and users to gather requirements, perform analysis, design, application implementation, testing and assist in deployment.
  • Lead in design and development of cloud-based enterprise RESTful web services using Microsoft .NET frameworks, C#, VB.NET and associated technologies.
  • Work with cloud base services using Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services platforms.
  • Design and develop relational databases using Oracle.
  • Write complex store procedures with fast performance. Must be proficient with handling XML data.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true"

    Qualifications
  • Minimum BS/CS with 7+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Thorough understanding of structured design methodology, prototyping, client server/object- oriented programming techniques
  • Relational data modelling skills and expertise with ORACLE RDBMS
  • Proven experience and extensive knowledge in design, development and implementation of high throughput and large-scale RESTful web services using C#, VB.NET and .NET Web API framework.
  • Minimum of 2 years of .NET Web API web services.
  • Experience with Angular/TypeScript and UI skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Front-End development with Angular/TypeScript.
  • Very strong with C#, .NET and ASP.NET framework.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in relational database design and building database stored procedures using PL/SQL. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true"

    Desired Skills
  • Minimum BS/CS with 7+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of .NET Web API web services.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Front-End development with Angular/TypeScript.
