Newburyport, MA area.

This is a fully onsite position in Newburyport, MA and it is a 3-6 month Contract to Hire!

Responsibilities of the Senior PCB Design Engineer:
  • Designing and developing PCBs (Loadbaords, Bench Boards and Probe Cards) for electrical-mechanical interfaces. The design includes but is not limited to fabrication planning, oversight and implementation.
  • Ensuring the quality of the automated test equipment aligns with industry standards
  • Acting as a key play in the design activity for manufacturing automated test interfaces
  • Collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineers

Required skills/experience of the Senior PCB Design Engineer:
  • 4+ years professional experience acting as a PCB Design / PCB Development experience
  • Proficiency with PCB Design Engineering principles
  • Experience using CAD Design Software tools such as OrCAD Schematic Capture, OrCAD PCB Editor, or Cadence Allegro
  • Experience with PCB fabrication
  • Experience with electrical schematics and drawings
