We are looking for a Senior Project Manager –Drainage in our Tewksbury, Massachusetts Office. The Impact You’ll Make (Job Responsibilities)Lead High-Profile Projects: Oversee all aspects of transportation drainage work—from proposals and scopes of work to H&H analysis, detailed PS&E packages, and final reports—ensuring each phase meets client and regulatory requirements.Deliver Results: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain high-quality, on-time project delivery while cultivating strong client relationships.Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients such as MassDOT, RIIDOT, and Massachusetts Municipalities and private entities, recommending innovative solutions to address complex drainage challenges.Coordinate Seamlessly: Collaborate with prime contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery aligned with client objectives.Drive Business Development: Support client engagement by preparing and presenting winning proposals, managing contract negotiations, and identifying opportunities for growth.Mentor and Inspire:
