Senior Software Engineer This industry disrupting SaaS non-profit has catapulted the transformation of political fundraising nationwide. They provide a platform that allows for both crowdfunding and large donations to Democratic organizations. This ranges from presidential to grassroots campaigns as well as progressive non-profits and activist organizations. They are seeking strong full stack engineers with Ruby on Rails and React expertise to join their team working directly on their donor-facing platforms used by millions. Though originally based in Boston, their roles can be fully remote. Required Skills and Experience

4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
History of writing scalable and maintainable code
Passion for collaborative and inclusive team culture

Desired Skills and Experience

4+ years of React or other modern Javascript framework
Typescript
GraphQL

What You Will Be Doing

Collaborating with the design and product teams
Contributing to technical discussions and architecture solutions
Working across the stack (50/50 UI vs. Server Side)
Both mentoring junior engineers and receiving support to maximize your impact
