The Senior Sales Operations Manager is a strategic business partner to the Global Sales Operations Organization, managing support functions essential to sales force productivity in those Areas.   These include shaping quoting tool requirements (CPQ & CLM), guiding associated sales ops enablement, process, policy documentation, and user acceptance testing.  This position will align to our Sales Operations hub in Waltham, MA. Flexible work persona, 3 days in office. What you will get to do: Influence and work cross-functionally to align functional plans, ensuring global consistency and standardization of roles, responsibilities, and processesEnsure comprehensive planning for systems changes and associated readiness for both Sales and Sales OpsDrive projects from inception to completion, ensuring all workstream deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with qualityConduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data-driven recommendations to enable leadership decisionsDeliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadershipWork with Sales and Sales Ops Enablement teams to ensure we have comprehensive process documentation for existing and new tools, processes, and policiesActively participate in business requirement review and refinement for all sales toolsParticipation in User Acceptance TestingPartner with Program Management teams to create a Change Management Plan, ensuring the Sales Operations teams are well prepared and enabled to manage process and policy updatesOwn and manage the Sales Ops Change Champion program, ensuring our change champions are aware of upcoming system improvements and can continue to drive awareness and adoption of our toolsCreate a culture of inclusivity and partnership
