Job Description

Design, execute, and analyze PCR bio distribution studies.

Conduct Western Blot analysis and interpret data.

Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards.

Collaborate with CROs (Contract Research Organizations) to manage and oversee project deliverables.

Perform in vivo studies and analyze results.

Utilize PCR-based GES for genetic analysis and experimentation.

Operate and maintain LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) equipment for sample analysis.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists and research staff.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or master’s degree in molecular biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting, CRO preferred.

Proven experience with PCR bio distribution and PCR-based GES.

Proficiency in Western Blot techniques and data interpretation.

In-depth knowledge of GLP standards and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience with in vivo studies and related methodologies.

Expertise in operating and troubleshooting LCMS equipment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
