Senior SDET Engineer

We are hiring highly motivated Software Engineer in Test who will have an opportunity to work with top Retail company using your technical skills. The team focus will be on new web application and service layer buildout. This Person's primary focus will be on automation testing of both user interfaces and API service layers.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Support our digital applications in multiple ways such as testing strategy, test execution, automation testing, CI / CD build out, analysis, and application development.• Primary focus will be on automation testing of both user interfaces and API service layers.• This role elevates the efficiency and speed at which we not only deliver stable products but delivers quality to our customers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• 10+ years of experience working in a corporate environment as a software quality engineer with heavy focus on framework development and implementation• Development skills - Java/J2EE or any scripting languages• Test Automation Framework development and implementation - Jbehave or Cucumber JVM with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, REST Assured• Experience on Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment using various DevOps tools - Jenkins, Groovy, Hermes etc.• Behavior Driven Development (BDD)• Android or iOS device automation (good to have)• Hands on experience helpful• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principlesAt CGI, we call our professionals "members" to reinforce that all who join our team are, as owners, empowered to participate in the challenges and rewards that come from building an outstanding company.
