Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial and tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 990.
- Conduct audit and tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations.
- Assist clients with planning and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information.
- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years as senior accountant experience
- CPA license or master's in taxation preferred
- Proficiency with CCH or similar Tax software
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
