As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will partner with engineering, product management, and business leaders to deliver high quality designs that get the customer’s job done and deliver positive business outcomes, while ensuring consistency across the platform. You will approach complex problems, drive solutions and plan, lead and maintain roadmaps accordingly. You will help users of various hardware and software platforms make decisions easier, faster, safer with a better experience that spans across multiple personas and complex scenarios.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end feature design, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Communicate ideas effectively from concept through development, fomenting a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Articulate Product Design Vision and collaborate with Product and Engineering team to meet business and user needs, and advocate for and socialize user needs, building user empathy across stakeholders.
  • Design business applications, translating complex user needs, technical constraints, and business goals into thoughtful digital experiences.
  • Proactively identifies the need for and initiates new user flows using various design artifacts (e.g., service map, journey maps, storyboards).
  • Maintain and evolve the Design System to ensure consistently implemented across our UI portfolio.

Required Skills/Education/Experience:
  • An undergraduate degree in UX Design, UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Computer Science, or closely related field.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years mentoring designers.
  • Portfolio that showcases your decision-making process.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering counterparts, and experience working across all stakeholders to solve complex problems.
  • 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience with proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup.
  • Expertise on industry tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or similar prototyping software and ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity.
