Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.We currently offer the following position in our Global Service Commercial team, which is fully remote.Service Channel Partner Manager (d/f/m)Come and join a fantastic team!As a Service Channel Partner Manager, you will be working closely with many cross-functional stakeholders and distributors across the organization to develop and strengthen our business relationships around the globe.The ideal candidate has experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process as well as service environment.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement go-to-market strategy for the Global Service business and ensure close alignment with the regional selling units to improve coverage (efficiency & performance) and drive growth with our Channel Partners

Engage proactively with all key stakeholders, including end-users, to collect Voice of Customers (VoC) to identify business needs and evaluate aftermarket potential by geographies & segments. Leverage new tools for commercial excellence, service value-selling and lead generation. Optimize service pricing management with the selling units to improve local market positioning

Implement incentives, assign targets, define key metrics and drive action plans to build strong relationships (engagement) with key channel accounts and achieve mutual goals. Monitor funnel management performance through daily & visual management (dashboard) and quarterly business reviews (QBR)

Provide active support to the Service Partners, to onboard new partners, coordinate trainings and evaluate competencies to make business more efficient and ensure success. Define clear regional ownership (RACI) with key stakeholders and improve operational processes for service delivery

Establish cross-functional synergies within Leica Microsystems & Danaher to expand network, unleash incremental value while ensuring proper CP contracting & Compliance

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor (BSc) or Master in Business

Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Channel Partner Management with knowledge of modern sales techniques and with proven track record of business growth in an international environment and large organization

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideally Salesforce.com (SFDC)

+30% estimated travel time (channel partner, customer meetings and internal meetings)

Fluent English language skills. Other languages would be a plus

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
