Job Family: SalesReq ID: 370980The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with executing their services projects from project opportunity through project delivery and close-out. Additionally, the Project Analyst supports Services pre-sales operations to include coordination with the Quote to Order and with the Order Management Teams.Major Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager with coordinating activities and resources for his/her service project. Support project financials reporting in collaboration with Services Project Managers, Business Managers and Services Finance. Support and train Services Business resources as needed - time and expense submission and approvals, project management activities in PSA Tool, etc. Be a "trusted advisor" for PSA system usage for Services Business project set-up and life cycle management.

Assist with the creation, analysis and documentation of existing and new Services Operations and Services Business processes and systems use with the goal of reaching standard practices and methodology across Services Business Operations and Services Business worldwide. Act as a “Dedicated Point of Contact” and liaise with teams such as Services Finance, Legal, IT, Quote to Order and Global Order Management concerning Services Operations and Services Business policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with these teams on process and system improvements which impact on Services Business and on the Services Operations Team.

Where needed, manage the coordination and execution of the quote/agreement to order process in accordance with SISW policies. Responsible for ensuring correct Services order booking, invoicing and revenue recognition. Be a "trusted advisor" for Services Business opportunity quote to booking activities.

Ensure compliance with SISW operating policies and procedures.

Responsible for maintaining the integrity of project data in the PSA Tool.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Solid understanding of project management and an ability to work collaboratively across functional organizations (i.e. Finance, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to support project initiation and execution requirements.

Self-driven, highly motivated, familiar working effectively in a fast-paced, extremely dynamic environment.

Excellent organization and communication skills. Proficiency in written and in oral English. Proficiency in a second language (European/Asian) desirable, but not essential.

Able to take initiative to solve problems.

Excellent time management skills. Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across organizations.

Demonstrated ability to support customers and projects remotely.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Desire to take on challenging tasks and increasing levels of responsibility.

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office tool suite.

Software application knowledge a “must have”. Must be comfortable using multiple software applications.

Experience using PSA tools and analysis tools desirable.

Finance and Accounting knowledge

Experience:Requires a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:Standard or remote office environment. May be required to work long hours during peak business periods.The hourly range for this position is $30.14 to $54.27 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
