Full-time position with benefits. We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our clean, modern manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role, working on live jobs while also helping improve setups, tooling, and shop processes.

You’ll be responsible for editing and maintaining CNC programs, setting up and running mills and lathes, and supporting daily production and continuous improvement efforts. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge, experience running CNC equipment, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a mindset focused on efficiency and quality.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC mills and lathes

Inspect parts to ensure quality and precision

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Support tooling optimization and process improvements

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Detailed Responsibilities:

Programming & Setup

Edit CNC programs as needed

Write instruction sheets and tool lists; manage program files

Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and optimal tool paths

Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds

Machining & Operation

Set up and run CNC equipment efficiently

Debug programs and verify accuracy through part inspection

Training – Collaboration – Improvement

Train operators on tooling, setups, and controls

Provide feedback to improve tooling, fixtures, and machining setups

Help maintain a culture focused on operational excellence

Qualifications:

Required

5+ years CNC setup and machining experience (mills/lathes, including multi-axis)

5+ years programming experience using G&M code

Familiarity with Okuma OSP, Fanuc, Yasnak, and Haas controls

Ability to read blueprints and GD&T

Strong part inspection skills

Preferred

MasterCAM (or comparable) software proficiency

Lean manufacturing familiarity

Microsoft Office and digital file organization skills
