We’re a health-focused food startup founded by Harvard Business School students, launching across several boutique fitness studios in Boston this fall. We’re looking for a late afternoon / early evening food service professional to make fresh juices and smoothies as directed in a ghost kitchen in Somerville (near Tufts).
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven business at the ground level and help shape the way healthy food is delivered in Boston.
Responsibilities:
Prep and blend smoothies using pre-determined recipes
Portion, label, and pack products accurately and cleanly
Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen
(Optional, Highly Preferred) Deliver packaged smoothies to partner studios after production
Assist in managing inventory and ingredient prep
What We’re Looking For:
Previous food production or kitchen experience, kitchen leadership strongly preferred
Proactive communicator, punctual, and detail-oriented
Available to work a 3 hr shift generally in the 3:30-8 pm range, possibly a little earlier on weekends
We're operational 3-4 days per week now, but ramping 7 days within the next few months - you can work however many days you want as long as you can do the full shift each day
Comfortable working solo or in a small team
Able to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Access to a car is a big plus but not required
What You’ll Get:
Competitive pay ($20–$25/hr based on experience)
Free smoothies during your shift
The chance to grow and learn with an early-stage startup
A fast-paced but fun work environment where your input matters
