We are looking for experienced machine operators to assist with snow removal during the winter season. If you are skilled in operating heavy machinery and enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Operation of heavy equipment (wheel loaders, skid steers, toolcats, etc.) during snow removal tasks, prioritizing safety.

Operate machinery at assigned job sites, ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from roadways, parking lots, loading docks, driveways, etc.

Read and understand snow maps for optimal operations.

Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

Refuel and perform basic inspections on assigned equipment.

Communicate professionally with on-site management and team members.

Return equipment and safety gear to the designated areas upon job completion.

Report any accidents, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.

Be prepared for long shifts during snowstorms and precipitation events.

Respond to emergency situations, working overtime during nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Maintain regular communication with the office team regarding schedule availability.

Arrive on time and ready for work when scheduled.

Be prepared for exposure to extreme cold and occasional wet/humid conditions; bring appropriate clothing such as boots, gloves, and other necessary gear to stay warm and dry.
