Client DetailsThis leading healthcare company helps with researching, testing, and distributing orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Their customers are mostly pharmaceutical companies. This is a well established, strong company that has been in the business since 1995. Small company that is growing and looking for candidates who want to grow with them! Great growth opportunity here for a Software Engineer who has C#/.NET experience and database experience (Oracle or SQL). This position is located in Hudson MA and it is a hybrid opportunity will you will get to work from home multiple days a week while also having the opportunity to work in office and collaborate with your team!

DescriptionKey Responsibilities for this C#/.NET Software Engineer include:

  • Learn our industry & user personas to successfully take ownership of features from idea to production.
  • Primarily design, build and maintain web applications written in modern web frameworks and implement supporting server endpoints.
  • Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
  • Follow best practices to write high-quality, secure, maintainable, scalable, testable, and performant code.
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, manufacturing, and technical support to define requirements and specifications, manage project scopes, and to deliver relevant software products, enhancements, and utilities/tools for development, service, and operations.

ProfileThe successful Software Engineer will have:

  • C#/.NET experience (this company uses ASP.NET)
  • Database experience (i.e. SQL or Oracle).
  • Must be skilled in databse design, modeling, views creating, writing SQL scripts, stored procedures, optimizing queries, etc.
  • Exposure with and aptitude to learn DBA skills
  • Proficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: C#, .NET web APIs, MVC framework, Python.
  • Client-side language, library, and framework proficiency: C#, Blazor, Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, Bootstrap. Blazor is a plus
