Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations to ensure flawless execution of all dishes.

Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative team spirit.

Build and strictly adhere to high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Develop and test new recipes to keep our menu fresh, competitive, and innovative.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Successfully implement cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, reputable restaurant.

Outstanding culinary skills with a strong passion for food and hospitality.

Ability to determine priorities and effectively manage resources in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
