Sr. BPM Process Analyst - Workday

Ideal candidate is experienced working with a Process Architecture framework, with Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Modelling best-practices & tools.

In addition, a candidate should be comfortable designing process that includes operational and system-based activities and within an Agile framework in technology-focused projects.

The position requires an experienced candidate confidence in their Process Design knowledge with good business acumen and the commands skill to lead and facilitate process work with VP-level business leaders.

While this Senior Business Process Analyst role will not have supervisory responsibilities, the person will need the interpersonal & influencing skills to motivate others to adopt & process centric approach to change.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead process architecture & discovery and present planning proposals to business leaders.
  • Influence & guide business leaders to achieve objectives with process-centric planning
  • Lead & facilitate high & mid-level Business Process design workshops for technology based programs including discovery interviews & identification of process structures in design
  • Document process information using visual diagrams (process models), and maintain the organization's Process Map
  • Analyze As-Is & Future-State process models to develop the strategy/plan for change
  • Research / reuse industry-best-practice to plan re-engineering projects
  • Continually capture and align business leaders on process as solutions are developed.
  • Coordinate and drive process deployment projects including Business System change.
  • Experienced with design based on Enterprise, Business and Process Architecture and business capability frameworks.
  • Work with customer(s) as well as internal teams to clearly define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points as they relate to solution implementation
Skills and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience leading process planning and design for enterprise-level technology projects and programs
  • Experienced & creative with BPMN and Process Modeling tools (e.g. BlueWorks, Bizagi, etc.)
  • Action-oriented and committed to drive quality results
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with data or analytics products
  • Experience with lean manufacturing/lean enterprise/Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project management and facilitating change management, especially rolling out large-scale changes to a broad audience of distributed stakeholders
  • Experience documenting and designing processes
