Global Business Analyst

This is a hybrid position, minimum 2 days onsite. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:Participate in global outreach and global collaboration initiatives, focused on our Japanese colleagues, to build and strengthen relationships with a diverse and dynamic research community at Ensure appropriate stakeholder identification and engagement on broader organizational projects and initiativesLeverage relationships and conversations to identify challenges and opportunities facing the research communityWork effectively with the diverse community of researchers and management to capture business need, workflow, and valueCapture key metric for use in measuring the impact and value of new technologies and servicesCapture business process workflow, create diagrams to support and communicateLeverage knowledge of existing internal and available industry tools to propose and deliver solutionsProvide input and data in support of planning, prioritization and budget process for IT projectsWork to communicate strategies, ideas, and goals to senior managementEngage with the business owners, user and service provider of existing solutions to aid in assessment and planning for potential expansion, improvement, expansion, or transitionParticipate in the coordination and creation of product/service documentation and trainingParticipation in the creation of foundational service design documentationSpecial projects as required

RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience working in the scientific environment, especially one that is related to drug development is preferredPractical experience understanding, collecting, and documenting requirements and use cases.Proven success enabling customer success through thoughtful analysis and communicationExperience with O365 Tools, with a focus on collaborating using Teams and SharePoint
