The Sr. Depot Repaid technician will play a key position in the success of our team y providing maintenance, repair, and calibration equipment solutions. Collaborate with customers on service subjects such as quotes, issues found during repairs and updates to purchase orders based on approvals by the customer.
Handling Work Orders in the CRM to ensure that work completed on a customer asset is documented sufficiently to provide a service record for the asset.
Provide calibration support to the Calibration Lab for all makes and models of pipettes, including support for ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates (ISO 8655).
Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Reference Standards associated with Depot Service and Calibration Laboratory operations.
Education:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is the required minimum education.
Technical school preferred.
Experience:
Required: +1 Year experience in a technical role
Required: Valid drivers' license
Preferred: Service repair and/or calibration experience
Preferred: Experience in customer service

Strong digital literacy including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel and Access
Ability to learn and develop new processes within our CRM application
Experience within an accredited (ISO 17025) Calibration Laboratory a plus
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to travel overnight up to 20%
Ability to travel locally to customer sights as needed
Electronics manufacturing setting with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements including but not limited to: safety glasses protection and closed toed footwear.
Prolonged periods of sitting required.
