We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Market Process and Innovation Leader for Commercial & Ecommerce Q2C Equipment and Service, is a critical component of the North America Region Commercial Operations teams. This is the owner of “how” we transact business in the North America geography and requires deep expertise in the processes, systems and North America geo. Your role:

Operationalization, oversight and continuous improvement for all processes related to Order intake, Quoting, Ecommerce, S&SD tools including PSA and Service Max, and operationalization of all New Business processes/products deployed by the BUs, Health Systems Sales and Services and Solutions Delivery into the NA geography.

Accountable for the overall design and control of GBS process / performance and identifying what the correct processes and capabilities are needed to execute in the North America Region.

Accountable to our customers to make it easier and faster for customers to do business with Philips via Ecommerce and to ensure that all tools are optimized.

Drive and execute selected “complex” multi-modality E2E solutions (e.g. Emaas)

Enable operational E2E processes - driving SS&D workflow from portfolio – Entitlements - delivery – Invoicing – all in our system of records

Deployment of Apttus (i.e. new quoting tool for all of NAR);

Driving resolution for NA for all incidents (e.g., system downtime, quoting, order fulfillment, warranty transactions)

Understand local customers’ environments, local challenges and regulations and leverage this information to identify requirements for equipment, service & solution delivery enablement for assigned business’s solutions, professional services portfolio, and services. It is the one of the main POC for the BUs as they drive business into the region.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelors in technical field or business degree required, Masters preferred

15+ years of related experience including 8+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing implementation and successful adoption of multiple complex business processes and systems.

Your skills include…

Knowledge of salesforce.com, Apttus, and/or other CPQ platforms (SAP, Seibel). Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change / transformation from blueprint through implementation.

Experience in managing communication and forging partnerships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, ability to interact at the highest level of the organization (including ExCo)

Highly skilled at collaboration within complex, matrix business environment with demonstrated track-record of successful outcomes when working with multi-functional / multinational / multicultural teams.

Other ideal skills include financial forecasting, IT Strategy and Planning, experience leading project managers across multiple projects.

Proven experience with building teams, guiding them through transformation and working towards a shared vision.

Proven track record with increasing and maintaining employee engagement, attracting, developing, and retaining team members.

Dedication to excellence with a passion for strong customer service focus with the ability to inspire change management and integration.
