Description
  • Define, design, test, implement Infrastructure maintenance and project improvements to ensure high quality infrastructure solutions and high end-user availability of systems.
  • Ensure accuracy of ITAR documentation and monitoring requirements
  • Receive, track, and resolve or escalate service now tickets per SLA.
  • Coordinate hardware and software deployments.
  • Maintain hardware and software currency and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, enforcement and documentation of procedural and security standards.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Operating Systems and applications for both servers and workstations.
  • The use and support of Microsoft Operating Systems and Servers.
  • System security experience including virus protection and system hardening.
  • Experience with Microsoft and/or Linux OS environments along with experience in network transport protocols and Wide Area Networking preferred.
  • Knowledge of network and security management best practices preferable.
  • Knowledgeable of IT Auditing principals a plus.
  • Provide backup for JDE CNC functions including user creation, security role changes, and package deployments.

ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • B.S Degree in Computer Systems
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • MCSA or MCITP certification preferred
  • Strong PC Setup and support skills
  • Experience with an ERP system (JD Edwards) is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft OS (Desktop and Server) and application skills
  • Strong VMWare & Networking skills
  • Data Center Backup & DR support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Office365, Fortinet Firewalls & Networking, Commvault
  • Familiarity with DFARS, NIST 800-171, CMMC compliance requirements preferred
