Sr. eCommerce ManagerYou will own a key business line for our eCommerce practice on our Digital & eCommerce North America team supporting our Health Systems portfolio, responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and plan for a strategic business portfolio and audience.Your role:

Develop the strategy, plan and roadmap for a business line of our Health Systems portfolio. And execute that plan to drive online orders and revenue.

Utilize our online Store and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) channels in your eCommerce plans as well as engage with our partner channels such as Amazon

Work with Digital campaign programs team to develop and integrate digital programs (organic and paid) across the customer journey to support achievement of online sales activities and objectives

Build a comprehensive strategy for driving penetration (customer onboarding) and preference (utilization of online store and EDI)

Partner with creative teams and content teams to build-out and optimize design and content to have a best-in-class eStore experience for our customers

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to ensure campaign programs and product forecasts enable a desired customer experience on the online store

Engage Operations to handle customer issues by order desk for online orders from store and EDI

Support Sales and Business Managers in their execution of their sales strategies and plans

Serve as the key point of contact for all direct online topics for internal (sales, marketing, customer services, operations, and IT) and external partners (search, affiliate, and marketing agencies)

Play a key role in contributing to annual marketing and sales operations plans for the North America market with accountability for delivering to revenue and order goals

Be part of a team to establish and drive a regular cadence of reviewing key performance metrics versus target and identification of root causes and actions needed to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with Central Global Digital organization and other global market teams to scale best practices for Philips eCommerce

Identify new business development opportunities proof of concept testing within direct online space to consistently grow business for maximum value realization

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred. Preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus

7+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar

Robust omni-channel and Digital and eCommerce experience, developing programs across the end-to-end customer decision journey and delivering on online sales targets

Direct experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Hybris, Magento, etc.)

Experience managing an online store front. Amazon experience a plus.

Ability to engage marketing and sales leadership and teams to develop an eCommerce strategy and program to support objectives

Understanding of how to gather insights from program performance data and develop recommendations to drive measurable improvement in results

Experience drawing on market and audience insights to structure pilot programs to test and uncover new growth opportunities

Ability to manage a complex and diverse set of stakeholders, across functions and geographies and to act as a key point of contact to marketing and sales leadership

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $122,382 to $209,798The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
