WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe Converse Product Integrity (CPI) team is looking for a

Sr Product Integrity Operations Analyst. This role is focused on Issue Resolution. We are seeking a talent with strong experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Data Integrity, Lean Six Sigma to join our Global Product Integrity Team!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The mission of the Product Integrity team is to Deliver World-Class, End-to-End Quality Management, with focus across the strategic pillars of Prevention, Identification, Resolution and cultivating a Culture of Quality. , You will own activities in the Resolution area across Footwear, Apparel & Accessories and support broader management in Prevention, Identification and Culture of Quality with accountability to centralized Information & Performance Mgmt. and Process & Policy Oversight. Your contributions will be aimed toward clear, streamlined procedures, resource effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Issue Resolution:
  • Review, access validity and manages Product Issue inquiries from Geographies and Global Partners
  • Work with Geographies and Global Partners to track documents and costs
  • Runs the risk exposure report
  • Create, update status on valid Product Integrity cases and voluntary retrievals
  • Responsible for coordinating the quality sample request process
  • Project Management across all geographies and categories for reworking projects
  • Update SharePoint on PI associated costs (maintain data integrity)
  • Work with the Finance Team on payment after case closure and shares with global controlling on financial risk impact
  • Organizes and participates in Weekly Huddle meetings to follow up on closure of PI Claims
  • Oversees the voluntary retrieval process which includes communications, factory/DC ship or hold process
  • Review standard cost (mold cleaning in US, transportation, destruction cost) on yearly basis

Information & Performance Mgmt:
  • Supports PI Operations Manager in the Converse DQMS implementation globally
  • Manages quarterly defective returns data
  • Prepares KPI results and analysis in a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Data analytics
  • Keep manuals, flow charts, SOP’s and reports updated
  • Works on improve and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports
  • Works in the Converse Metrics Offense project
  • Responsible for the analysis of different KPI’s, their review, revision, and standardization
  • Monthly Geographies and GPM finance reports

Process & Policy:
  • Creates flow charts, SOP’s, for the Resolution area, including but not limited to: procedures at the Distribution Centers, how we work with third party quality service providers, all resolution aspects for different geographies, finance implications and procedures
  • Drives standardization in how we work in the resolution area with our factories, different geographies, and vendors
  • Drives standardization, continuous improvement, and efficiency

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis position will be based in the Boston HQ, reporting to the Manager Product Integrity Operations. As a member of the Product Integrity leadership team, you will work with colleagues that oversee PI processes in Footwear, Apparel & Accessories Product Development, and Factory Partner Manufacturing Operations.You will partner and work in collaboration with business stakeholders – Product, Geography Supply Chain and Commercial teams – and functional experts in Technology, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams. In addition, you will work with external parties like our manufacturing partners, quality repair suppliers and technology vendors.

WHAT YOU BRINGDoes this spark your passion for process and continuous improvement? If so, please read below and learn more about who we’re looking for!
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, and new systems implementation
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance and related metrics
  • Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
  • Working experience with Smartsheets, SAP, Tableau, Snowflake, Airtable, PowerBI
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience working with Global Teams is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success balancing competing priorities and ability to shift focus as needed
  • Multitasking
  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience
  • Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certifications
