This Digital Health Innovation Sr. Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating activities and daily operations of the digital health accelerator program. Assists in the development of new or revision of program goals and objectives.
  • Confers with and advises internal innovators and outside digital health startups on program processes and goals; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
  • Prepares periodic reports and tracks on all digital health accelerator program activities, progress, status or other special reports.
  • May evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods.
  • Reviews accelerator applications and other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
  • May Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts
  • Drafts written communication and promotional literature related to accelerator program.
  • May plan workshops, pitch meetings or design sessions; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications.
  • Interacts and maintains liaison with internal innovators (staff, faculty) and outside companies (digital health startups and partnership organizations) in facilitating program objectives.

In order to qualify, you must have:
  • Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
  • Work requires the ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
