Job#: 1286286 Job Description: Senior Research Associate, Formulations 1286286Location: Cambridge, MA (ONSITE)Science/ Focus: Gene EditingTherapeutic Areas: Metabolic Diseases and OncologyJob Overview: Support the formulation of proteins and peptides into novel liposomes.Responsibilities:- Characterize and test nano formulations using biophysical, biochemical & molecular biology assays
- Execute cell-based experiments, and collaborate/coordinate with Translational Biology team to execute in vivo preclinical experiments
Qualifications:- BS or MS in a biology or engineering-related field (minimum 4+ years of relevant research experience in academia or industry)
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (ELISA, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrophotometry, HPLC/UPLC)
- Familiar with formulation processing
