Job Description: Senior Research Associate, Formulations 1286286

Location: Cambridge, MA (ONSITE)Science/ Focus: Gene Editing

Therapeutic Areas: Metabolic Diseases and Oncology

Job Overview: Support the formulation of proteins and peptides into novel liposomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Characterize and test nano formulations using biophysical, biochemical & molecular biology assays
  • Execute cell-based experiments, and collaborate/coordinate with Translational Biology team to execute in vivo preclinical experiments
Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in a biology or engineering-related field (minimum 4+ years of relevant research experience in academia or industry)
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques (ELISA, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrophotometry, HPLC/UPLC)
  • Familiar with formulation processing
