While driving growth to achieve revenue targets, you will focus on the CGAT market and develop strategic relationships at assigned accounts. Your results will drive maximum share gain by encouraging strategic teamwork.A DAY IN THE LIFE.As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the growth of the CGAT business, by driving market shares through lead generation and qualification. Intellectual curiosity and passion will provide the opportunity to grow within team, both regionally and globally, as well as across the Thermo Fisher organization.
Prospect for new leads in new and/or existing accounts and market segments
Establish and maintain relationships with new customers
Qualify and nurture leads
Engage with current customers on new technology and capabilities
Explain how our solution meets customer needs which will require extensive research with potential and existing customers
Perform monthly pipeline reviews
Manage specific campaign roll-outs within the team
Coordinate workshops and site visits targeting new customers
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy, and find opportunities for growing customer and business value through product positioning and differentiation.
KEYS TO SUCCESS.Education
Bachelor''s Degree in physical or life sciences,
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of life sciences sales experience, calling on Biopharma accounts with a strong track record for sales achievement.
Pronounced knowledge base in cell biology and genomics.
A strong team player with proven ability to coordinate activities within a matrixed environment and influence actions across a team of resources not directly reporting within.
Possess an excellent understanding of the competitive landscape in the CGT market.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and resolution skills.
Financial acumen and self-leadership with a focus on analysis, planning, organization, execution and follow-up.
Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly calls and reports as well as other communication methods.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Position may require Covid-19 vaccination and/or routing testing, per client discretion.
