About This Role:ServiceNow is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to serve as a Service Provider Specialist for mid-market customers and prospects. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers design, architect, and adopt ServiceNow-powered solutions that drive their business success. Your expertise will ensure that customers achieve their goals and experience the full value of the ServiceNow platform.You’ll guide customers through the solution design process and help define solution roadmaps aligned with their strategic objectives. Success in this role will be measured by customer adoption, solution impact, and revenue growth within the Service Provider segment.This is a mid-level individual contributor role, with commensurate expectations of performance, professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving skills.Experience That Will Help You Stand Out:Previous pre-sales experience working with Service Providers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), BPOs, SIs, and IT service organizationsHands-on experience with ServiceNow technologies such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Domain Separation, Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Provider Account Lifecycle Events, SPM, and Service BridgeExperience designing and launching Service Provider solutions for mid-market customersAbility to manage a complex territory, prioritize effectively, and identify high-potential customer opportunitiesServiceNow platform development experience and familiarity with competing product suitesExperience delivering solution roadmaps and aligning technology to business outcomesWhat You Get to Do in This Role:Engage with Mid-Market Customers: Collaborate with Service Providers to understand their business challenges and design solutions that deliver measurable value.Lead Solution Design: Create and present architectures and solution roadmaps aligned with ServiceNow best practices.Conduct Demonstrations: Lead demonstrations of ServiceNow’s platform capabilities.Deliver Business Value Selling: Articulate the business outcomes and ROI that customers can achieve with ServiceNow solutions.Provide Technical Guidance: Serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.Stay Current on ServiceNow Developments: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow products, releases, and industry trends.Create Thought Leadership Content: Develop solution briefs, case studies, and technical presentations to support customer engagements.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support customer success and strategic account planning.Mentor and Share Best Practices: Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as white papers, workshops, and technology sessions.
